Products work ok for me. However a little disappointed in the customer service aspect of this seller. They paid the £0.96 for 2nd class large letter postage. I got charged an extra £1.50 to get the item. If the packaging was set with some firm cardboard to keep the lighters flat, then that could have kept the thickness under 2.5cm… but because it isn’t, Royal Mail had measured its thickness as beyond that limit and classified as under charged.
Either way, needed to request compensation, which the seller did do, but no word of apology for the inconvenience.
Another reviewer mentioned similar things and alas seems that the seller isn’t taking the feedback onboard to improve customer relations. As they said, a little care goes far in business.
